Speaker Bio
Anne Baldwin is a special education teacher, cheer coach, wife, mother, and advocate. In 2017 Anne’s son Levi was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome and multiple other neurological disorders and since then, Anne has made it her mission to break down the walls of stigma for kids like her son. Together they wrote a best selling children’s book called “What Makes Me…Me” which celebrates each child’s unique differences and shares Levi’s story of navigating the world with Tourette syndrome. To date they have donated over 5000 copies to schools nationwide. To help spread awareness about disability inclusion Anne is a national speaker and advocate speaking at schools, conferences and to congress in Washington DC. Anne graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and spent 7 years working in the corporate side of the fashion industry. At the age of 37 Anne made the decision to go back to school to follow her true passion and in 2025 she received her Master’s in Learning Disabilities at Northern Michigan University. Her hope is to help continue to foster the growth and acceptance of kids with extra needs and disabilities. In her spare time, Anne enjoys reading, coaching competitive cheerleading, spending time in Caseville, Michigan, and having fun with her family.
