Addison Fay is a 17 year old senior at Lima Central Catholic High School, in Lima, Ohio. She is a Youth Ambassador for the Tourette Association of America with lived experience of Tourette Syndrome. She is passionate about empowering young people with Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders to build confidence, advocate for themselves, and recognize their strengths. Through sharing personal insights and practical strategies, she aims to create supportive and understanding spaces for individuals and families affected by Tourette Syndrome. She utilizes her accounts on Instagram and Tik Tok under the username, justachic.whocantic to spread awareness, advocate, and normalize Tourette Syndrome. Addison plans to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy to help support youth and young adults with TS and other tic disorders.
