Angel Ponce serves as the Senior Division Manager for the City of Houston Office for People with Disabilities (OPD), where he leads efforts to ensure comprehensive access, ADA compliance, and integration for disabled citizens. Angel serves on the Houston METRO Board of Directors and the Disability Rights Texas Board of Directors.
