Originally from Maine, Sarah has lived in Washington state for the past 20 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Martin's University and a Master of Library and INformation Science from San Jose State University. Sarah brings her lived experience as a neurodivergent person with Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, and Autism along with over 13 years of experience as a social security disability adjudicator and trainer, and as an employee learning, development, and training specialist in human resources. She has served in a leadership role for over four years with a statewide business resource group supporting employees with disabilities and consults with human resources and organizational leaders on disability inclusion, accessibility, and equitable workplace practices. Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys reading science fiction and mystery novels and exploring small museums while traveling. Her favorite dinosaur is the Triceratops.
